We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. You will be the go-to person for all IT support needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high system availability.
Provide technical support to internal users (onsite and remote)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure and systems
Install and configure hardware and software
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, etc.)
Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and productivity tools
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
