IT Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our organization's server infrastructure and Google Workspace environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our systems while providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux, etc.).

• Monitor server performance, uptime, and ensure backups are running as scheduled.

• Implement and manage security protocols such as firewalls, antivirus, and access control.

• Troubleshoot server-related issues and perform routine maintenance.

• Manage storage, networking, and system resources to optimize performance.

Google Workspace Administration

• Configure, manage, and support Google Workspace accounts (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, etc.).

• Set up user accounts, groups, permissions, and security settings.

• Implement data protection policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

• Provide training and support to employees for using Google Workspace tools effectively.

• Integrate third-party applications and troubleshoot issues.

General IT Support

• Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person.

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, ensuring data transfer and account setups.

• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and licenses.

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, security threats, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

• Strong understanding of server technologies and virtual environments.

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.

• Knowledge of networking protocols, DNS, VPNs, and cloud services.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Certified Administrator, CompTIA, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
