Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Developer Trainees who are eager to learn and grow. Selected candidates will undergo a structured 3-month training program. Upon successful completion, candidates will be absorbed into the development team as Junior Software Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in hands-on coding assignments, workshops, and mentorship sessions.

Understand SDLC, Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and debugging techniques.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of programming languages

Understanding of basic OOPs, data structures, and algorithms.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Problem-solving attitude and good communication skills.
