Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
Implement security best practices including antivirus management, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, network configurations, and system workflows.
Develop and improve internal IT policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
