Job Title: IT Executive / IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Installation & troubleshooting of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers & peripherals)

• Software installation & support – MS Office, antivirus, business apps

• Windows OS formatting, installation, backup & system performance maintenance

• Network support – LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity

• Maintain IT assets, licenses, data backup & documentation

• Ensure system security (antivirus, access control, updates)

Requirements

• 1–4 years IT support experience

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software & Windows systems

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, router, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)

• Good communication & problem-solving skills

Education

• Graduate in IT/Computer Science OR relevant certifications (A+, N+, CCNA preferred)
