We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are running efficiently, and providing technical support to users. This role requires a blend of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and related hardware/software.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

• Ensure data backups are completed regularly and systems are secure.

• Administer network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, software licenses, and support services.

• Maintain documentation related to configurations, procedures, and service records.

• Participate in IT projects and implement upgrades or new systems as required.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, network infrastructure, and security protocols
