Job Description:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the hospital’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and hospital management systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining data security, and providing timely support to all departments to enable uninterrupted hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain hospital IT systems, networks, CCTV and servers.

• Install, configure, and update hardware/software as needed.

• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues promptly.

• Ensure data backup, security, and compliance with hospital IT policies.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, services, and AMC.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.

• Knowledge of hospital management systems and networking preferred.

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
