• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime.

• Develop and implement reliable backup strategies to safeguard critical data.

• Work closely with various departments to integrate and optimize technology solutions.

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees as needed.

• Possess expertise in CCTV camera installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Manage asset and inventory tracking for IT equipment.

• Respond to user queries and support requests via email.

• Coordinate and manage virtual meetings using Zoom and Webex platforms.

• Handle live event technical setups, including PPT presentations, system-to-screen connectivity, sound system management, internet connectivity, and data handling.
