Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT
equipment.
Manage and maintain the LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware and software licenses.
Assist in server management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in Active Directory / O365 / Google
Workspace.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed across departments.
Support CCTV, access control, and biometric attendance systems as needed.
Document IT issues, resolutions, and maintain service logs.
