Job Description
- Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
- Provide technical information and help
Key Responsibilities:
• ManageEngine Administration:
o Monitor and manage desktop support tickets using ManageEngine.
o Configure and maintain ManageEngine for optimal performance.
o Generate and review reports to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Sophos Firewall and Endpoint Management:
o Administer and configure Sophos Firewall to ensure network security.
o Manage and update Sophos Endpoint protection on user devices.
o Monitor and respond to alerts from Sophos security solutions.
• Day-to-Day Troubleshooting:
o Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
o Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
o Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep systems running efficiently.
• User Support:
o Assist end-users with technical issues via email, phone, and in-person.
o Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
o Provide training and guidance to users on IT policies and procedures.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
o Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to address and resolve technical problems.
o Prepare and deliver regular reports on system performance, incident resolution, and user support.
