We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer to drive hands-on coding & code evaluation for our GenAI projects. This is a deep technical role requiring both leadership and strong coding expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

✔️ Write, review & refine code for complex real-world problems

✔️ Build validation frameworks, automated benchmarks & test suites

✔️ Improve accuracy, efficiency & reliability of AI-generated code

✔️ Collaborate with research, product & engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 7–10+ years in large-scale software development

🔹 Strong expertise in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript

🔹 Proven code evaluation & quality assessment experience

🔹 Familiarity with LLMs / GenAI coding (preferred)

Payout (IC – Independent Contractor):

💻 Coding: ₹1500 – ₹3000 per hour

💻 Coding (Advanced/Expert): ₹3000 – ₹5000 per hour
