IT Professional

Key Responsibilities

Configure & implement SDWAN (VeloCloud, Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Meraki)

Configure & implement firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Juniper)

Manage and troubleshoot IP Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, Spanning Tree, etc.)

VPN Termination (IPSEC/GRE tunnels, FortiClient, Palo Alto Global Protect, Cisco VPN, site-to-site VPNs)

Analyze firewall policies & configurations

Implement F5 ASM/GTM/LTM WAF, Cisco SourceFire IPS, and enterprise VPN/firewall security

Work on Aruba, Cisco, Hive wireless products

Handle cloud computing (AWS, Amazon Workspace, VDI), G-Suite administration, and VoIP (Vonage, GrandStream)

Manage servers (HP/IBM), Wi-Fi networks (Cisco/D-Link), and McAfee Endpoint Security

Create and maintain daily MIS reports

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Strong troubleshooting across network security technologies

Certifications (Preferred): CCNP Security, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIS-FWV, CCSA

Proficiency with Juniper firewalls, IPsec VPNs, and enterprise-grade security solutions

Good communication skills (English – written & verbal)

Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
