Field Service Engineer/Service Engineer-Laptop Service

• Provide laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues including motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues such as operating system errors and malware problems.

• Perform system configurations and updates for optimal performance.

• Install, configure and upgrade laptop/desktop components and software.

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks.

• Ability to work on field and attend customer complaints.

• Bike and driving license are mandatory for Field Executives.

• Locations -Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad
