We are looking for a IT support Engineer to join our Team Towers Infotech Private Limited to resolve hardware and network issues and maintain overall IT infra. Skills Required: Maintenance /hands-on experience in AMCs of Desktops, Laptops and Servers Installation, Configuration and Support of software applications - Setting up/configuration of Active Directory/LDAP, Email ( On-Premises & O365), Print Server, RADIUS, FTP Server, Web Server, DB Server Hard disk back up and data recovery Server and application backup and recovery OS - Desktops /Servers - Windows , Linux MS Azure - Setting up of Public and Pvt Cloud Infrastructure Back up to Cloud - Servers , Laptops and Desktops Migration of workload - on premise cloud Asset and Patch Management Web support tools Web applications knowledge Analysis of issues, trouble shooting,  Rerouting issues to appropriate people/contacts Interpreting error logs
