IT Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware & software issues in laptops/desktops.

• Perform troubleshooting for OS (Windows/Linux/Mac) related problems.

• Handle formatting, installation, and configuration of operating systems & drivers.

• Replace and repair hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, screen, keyboard, battery, etc.).

• Maintain office IT equipment and ensure smooth functioning.

• Provide basic networking & connectivity support (Wi-Fi, LAN, printer setup).

• Keep record of repairs and inventory of spare parts.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware & software repairing.

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and BIOS settings.

• Understanding of virus removal & database Manage

• Knowledge of basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).

• Problem-solving ability & attention to detail.

• Good communication skills for office support.
