Position: L2 Engineer (Level 2 Technical Support)
Location: Delhi – Laxmi Nagar
Department: IT / Technical Support
Reports To: IT Manager / Support Lead
We are looking for an experienced L2 Engineer to manage escalated technical issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, and ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with both L1 support and higher-level teams.
Act as the point of escalation for L1 support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user requests, incidents, and change requests within SLA timelines.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and monitoring.
Document resolutions and create knowledge base articles for L1 support.
Escalate critical and unresolved issues to L3 or vendor support.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.
Support IT infrastructure – servers, storage, cloud, and networking.
Participate in on-call/shift rotations for critical support.
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent).
3–5 years of experience in IT support / system administration.
Strong expertise in:
Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, MS Office 365
Networking protocols (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)
ITSM/Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
