Position Overview:

The IT Support Executive will manage the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring that systems run seamlessly and users remain productive. You’ll provide first-level support, maintain hardware and software infrastructure, enforce security protocols, and collaborate with multiple departments to roll out new tools and solve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or help-desk role; experience in educational publishing or school environment preferred

• Proficient with Windows and Mac OS environments, networking basics, and common business software

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, antivirus tools, and remote support

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical issues in simple terms

• Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle multiple support tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL

• Experience with virtualisation (e.g. VMware), backup systems (e.g. Veeam), or server management
