IT Hardware Engineer

Should have the working knowledge on Ticketing Tool Able to work in 24x7 ECom and Logistics Environment in rotational shifts and follow roosters, 6 days working. Able to handle day to day troubleshooting of Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Wi-Fi , Barcode Printers , Barcode Scanners. Able to understand and troubleshoot the Laptops and Desktops hardware issues for L1 support. Able to Troubleshoot on Windows 10, MS Office, Ubuntu / Linux, Open Office, Outlook Configurations. Able to Manage the IT Assets Inventory, Issuance and Receiving, Data Capturing. Able to Manage Vendors for support / Repairs / Services / ISP Call logging and coordination. Able to Manage Basic Network Check, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points etc.
