IT Hardware Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Printer Repair Engineer to join our technical team for field service in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing various types of printers (Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, etc.) and must have basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites across Kolkata to diagnose and repair printers and related hardware.

• Troubleshoot and service Laser Printers, Inkjet Printers, Dot Matrix Printers, etc.

• Perform hardware-level repairs including part replacement, cleaning, alignment, etc.

• Install and configure printer drivers and connectivity (USB, LAN, Wi-Fi).

• Maintain service logs and report job completion status on time.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and support issues.

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
