IT Hardware Engineer

·         Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

·         Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and responding to user support requests.

·         Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software’s as per user requests.

·         Troubleshooting networking and connection issues also camera connections.

·         Monitoring and maintaining computer firewall, systems and networks.

·         Responding in a timely manner to service issues and user support requests

·         Track, Monitoring and maintaining hardware and software assets management of company

·         Daily Monitoring and maintaining of the Firewall, NAS and the Servers (when required)

·         Managing firewalls and user policies, computers, laptop, printers, CCTV, Internet, NAS stores, Wi-Fi Networks, biometrics machine and network

·         Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

·         Coordination with Multiple Vendors like ISP, Desktop & Server Hardware Support, software support, Firewall Support and antivirus support

·         Resolve all the IT related issues related to Hardware, Software, Networking, LAN/WAN.

·         In-depth Knowledge of Operating Systems and familiarity with Hardware
