Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day technical issues, manage hardware and network support, and assist employees with internet and connectivity problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support to all employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Handle all internet and connectivity-related queries.
Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth system performance.
Communicate effectively with users to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong hardware and networking knowledge.
Ability to diagnose and resolve day-to-day IT issues efficiently.
