Job Description: Hardware/IT Field Engineer

Role Overview:

A Hardware Field Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware systems, including servers, networking devices, and other IT infrastructure, at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and repair hardware components (computers, servers, routers, etc.).

Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.

Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system reliability.

Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Document service reports and maintain records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience in hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and peripherals.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for on-site support.
