Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures and system errors.
Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimum system performance.
Maintain inventory of IT hardware and related accessories.
Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and network cabling.
Replace faulty hardware components and coordinate warranty/repair services with vendors.
Support operating system installation and basic software setup.
Ensure data backup procedures are followed during hardware servicing.
Maintain documentation of all IT hardware activities, service reports, and asset registers.
Assist users with basic IT troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required.
