Job Description

Installation and configuration: Set up and configure hardware (servers, workstations) and network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
Maintenance and upgrades: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and upgrade hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Network security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls and data protection systems, to protect against threats and unauthorized access.
Monitoring and troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance and user issues, diagnosing and resolving problems to prevent downtime.
Technical support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users and other IT staff.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities.
Collaboration: Work with other IT and engineering teams to design and implement new network solutions and improve existing systems.
Data management: Ensure data integrity by performing backups and implementing disaster recovery plans.
