IT Hardware Engineer

• Installation and configuration: Set up and configure hardware (servers, workstations) and network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Maintenance and upgrades: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and upgrade hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Network security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls and data protection systems, to protect against threats and unauthorized access.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance and user issues, diagnosing and resolving problems to prevent downtime.

• Technical support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users and other IT staff.
