· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and data backup
· Responding in a timely manner to Cinema / Regional office IT issue
· Providing technical support across the cinema/regional office
· Setting up accounts for new users Testing new technology
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Providing training to other staff if needed
· Maintenance and Monitoring of IT Infrastructure, Network & administration
· Maintaining IT Assets / Inventory and Vendor Management
· Configuration and troubleshooting for Users and responsible for help Desk Management
· Managing & Supporting internal & external Audits and follow the company SOP's
· Reporting of Incidents & Providing resolution as per the TAT
· Managing POS, Screen display, UPS, EDC machine and Kiosk management
· Managing TMS @ Cinema for any Network related issue
