Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our team at TechFuture Innovations Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and network issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth system performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.

• Diagnose and resolve system, software, and network issues.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, and ensure stable operations.

• Install and update operating systems, antivirus, and security tools.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, and system changes.

• Provide timely support to internal teams and ensure minimal downtime.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in computer hardware.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in hardware and network support roles.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and basic network configuration.

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow systematic troubleshooting procedures.

• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
