Job Title:  Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:       

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our team, responsible for identifying and resolving hardware-related issues in PCs, Laptops, Printers, other computer systems and Networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues in PCs, laptops, and other computer systems, including but not limited to:

  • Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and CPU problems

  • Power supply and cooling system issues and Storage device issues

  • Display and graphics-related problems

• Identify root causes of hardware failures and implement effective solutions

• Networking related issues

• Collaborate with software engineers to resolve system-level issues

• Develop and maintain technical documentation of hardware issues and solutions

• Provide technical support and guidance to technical teams

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve troubleshooting efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in hardware engineering or a related field

• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing PC and laptop hardware

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Computer architecture and hardware components

o    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

o    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

o    Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with:

  • Hardware description languages

  • Embedded systems

  • Advanced debugging tools

• Certifications in hardware engineering or related fields.

• Experience working with various operating systems.
