Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning

   • Install and commission automatic / hydraulic bollards, tyre killers, and boom barriers as per design and manufacturer specifications.

   • Handle electrical wiring, control panel connections, sensors, and PLC/automation interfaces.

   • Conduct functional testing and site acceptance trials.

2. Maintenance & Repair

   • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.

   • Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical components.

   • Maintain service logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.

3. Technical Support

   • Assist project engineers during site surveys, planning, and installations.

   • Coordinate with suppliers or OEMs for technical issues or part replacements.

   • Provide client-side training and demonstrations on operation and safety procedures.

4. Safety & Compliance

   • Follow standard HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines during all site activities.

   • Ensure proper grounding, wiring, and hydraulic safety measures.

   • Maintain compliance with company and client safety standards.
