Role Overview

As a Support Engineer at Dikshi Technology, you will be working directly with customers at their locations. You will handle software installation, setup, training, troubleshooting, and query resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to explain software features to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client locations to install and configure software solutions.

• Provide training and demonstrations to customers on how to use the software effectively.

• Handle customer queries and issues (both on-site and remotely if needed).

• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for billing, jewellery, and loyalty software.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the software by providing proactive support and updates.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.

• Document customer issues, resolutions, and share feedback with the product team for improvements.
