The successful candidate will provide technical support and maintenance services for desktop computers, laptops, and other devices. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Requirements Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with IT service management tools
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
