Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Hardware Engineer with hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day hardware issues at client sites and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.

• Install, configure, and replace components like RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboards, and CMOS batteries.

• Perform routine maintenance, system formatting, and OS installation.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (basic LAN, IP, cable testing).

• Maintain call logs, service reports, and feedback documentation.

• Coordinate with the admin/IT head for field visit schedules and part requirements.

• Provide support at client sites (field visits) as per assigned schedule.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of desktop/laptop architecture and hardware repair.

• Familiarity with Windows OS installation, driver setup, and basic networking.

• Understanding of printer and scanner fault resolution (inkjet/laserjet preferred).

• Ability to work independently on-site and communicate clearly with clients.

• Basic knowledge of BIOS settings, boot errors, and power issues.

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.

• Additional certifications in hardware support or networking (A+, N+) preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware troubleshooting and field support.

Job Location & Timings

• Work Location: Delhi/NCR

• Work Timings: Mon to Sat – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (or as per site requirement)

Salary Package

• ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
