Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end-users. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications.

• Familiarity with networking concepts, antivirus tools, and remote desktop applications.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar.

• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL practices.
