Job Summary:

We are hiring fresh graduates (2020–2024 batch) for the role of Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing IT support team. This is an opportunity for candidates who are passionate about IT hardware, Windows systems, and user support.

Eligibility:

• Graduated between 2020 and 2024

• Diploma / B.Sc / BCA / B.E / B.Tech – Any stream with interest in IT

Required Skill Set:

• Knowledge of Windows OS installation & configuration

• Ability to troubleshoot system issues (basic hardware & software)

• Good understanding of desktop, laptop, and printer support

• Strong communication skills (English & regional language preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure desktop and laptop systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems

• Assist users with login, email, printing, and application issues

• Coordinate with IT teams for escalated issues

• Maintain incident records and asset tracking

• Support LAN/network connectivity (basic level)
