Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications (MS Office, PDF tools, Tally, Antivirus, etc.).

Attend user complaints via desk-side or telephonic support.

Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty.

Handle LAN/email/antivirus setup and troubleshooting.

Perform preventive maintenance (disk clean-up, OS patching, defragmentation, etc.).

Provide basic end-user training and documentation support.
