About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Desktop Engineer to join our IT support team. The role involves troubleshooting systems, basic server and network issues, and providing support both at the office and at client sites. If you enjoy solving technical problems and don’t mind being on the move, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other office devices.

• Install and configure operating systems and software (mainly Windows-based).

• Resolve basic network and server-related issues.

• Support staff with day-to-day IT issues, both in-person and remotely.

• Visit client sites for support calls (company vehicle/conveyance will be arranged).

• Keep track of IT assets and maintain documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.

• Familiarity with handling servers and basic network troubleshooting.

• Someone who is dependable, responsible, and can work independently.

• Willing to travel locally for support jobs when needed.
