Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for desktops, laptops, and basic networking at our Okhla office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware and software issues

• Troubleshoot OS-related issues (Windows/Linux)

• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, etc.)

• Handle antivirus installations and updates

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements if needed

• Maintain asset inventory and update IT documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in desktop support

• Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking

• Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities

• Immediate joiners preferred
