Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to field engineers during PAV activities and provide remote support.

Coordinate with field engineers and branch stakeholders for smooth execution.

Collect, consolidate, and convert PAV script output files into Excel format.

Share PAV reports with Branch Manager/Head and obtain completion confirmation.

Ensure users complete self-declaration on the portal and hand over confirmations to the central asset team.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of IT assets – Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Switch, Router, etc.

Knowledge of Operating Systems and remote system management.

Good working experience in Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Customer-oriented, team player, and flexible for after-office hours/weekend work.
