Desktop Support Engineer

• Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems. 

• Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware peripherals. 

• User Support: Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, remote, and in-person support.
