Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer to join our team PROBOX to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level support for desktop, laptop.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and IT equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, or similar systems.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates as required.

• Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with company policies.

• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

• Maintain documentation of technical procedures, solutions, and asset records.

• Provide end-user training and guidance on IT best practices and security protocols.

• Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations as needed.

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
