Job Title: Executive – Merchant Trainer & Technical Support

Location: Mumbai open locations - Grant road ( Marine Lines ), Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Vasai, Nalasopara, Vashi ( Navi Mumbai ) - Candidate should be based on these specific locations only

Week offs - Total 6/Month which will be rotational and extra compensation for working on public holidays.
Reporting To: Team Lead

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years’ experience.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and rotational shifts/week-offs.

• Candidate should be living with family.

• Good written & verbal communication in English and local language.

• Must have 2-wheeler & laptop.

• Prior experience in help desk, tech/non-tech support, or software support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit restaurant partners for POS software installation & training.

• Provide service & technical support during field visits.

• Diagnose & troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.

• Guide clients via phone, email, chat, or in person to resolve technical queries.

• Maintain proper issue logs & build strong client relationships.

Skills Required:

• POS software installation & customer training.

• Troubleshooting (Windows/Linux/Mac, networking basics, remote desktop apps).

• Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.

• Hands-on experience with hardware/software support.

• Certification in Microsoft/Linux/Cisco (preferred).
