Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining networking devices including switches, routers, and access points, as well as diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues through targeted questions, system log analysis, and testing various solutions.

Hardware and Software Management:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment.

User Support:

Providing guidance and support to users, including new employee onboarding, software training, and assistance with IT policies.
Documentation:
Maintaining records of technical issues and solutions, often using ticketing systems.
Escalation:
Recognizing when to escalate complex issues to specialized teams or higher-level support.
Maintaining Systems:
Ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of desktop systems and infrastructure.
Collaboration:
Working with other IT teams and vendors to address technical issues and implement solutions.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of new technologies, software updates, and IT policies
