Desktop Support Engineer

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software applications.

• Set up and maintain user accounts, email configurations (Outlook), and network connectivity.

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).

• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine).

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, system crashes, and performance problems.

• Configure and manage Outlook profiles, PST/OST files, and mailbox issues.

• Install and update antivirus software and ensure system security compliance.

• Support users with VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN-related issues.

• Perform system backups and coordinate data recovery when required.

• Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory.
