Job Description: Desktop Engineer/ IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end-users
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and IT security compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Ensure proper functioning of wireless networks (Wi-Fi setup, access points).
• Perform cable testing, patching, and network hardware replacement.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and networking basics.
• Strong troubleshooting and Basic communication skills.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL are an added advantage.
