Role Summary:
We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers to manage and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, hardware, software, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and related hardware/software
Troubleshoot user-reported issues related to systems, printers, internet, and email
Support end-users with desktop and application issues (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT operations
Set up and manage user accounts and access rights
Coordinate with the IT team for escalations and documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
BE / B.Tech / B.Sc in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Freshers or up to 3 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and system hardware
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
A+ / N+ / MCSE or related certifications (optional but an advantage)
