Role Summary:
We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers to manage and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, hardware, software, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and related hardware/software

• Troubleshoot user-reported issues related to systems, printers, internet, and email

• Support end-users with desktop and application issues (Windows, MS Office, etc.)

• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT operations

• Set up and manage user accounts and access rights

• Coordinate with the IT team for escalations and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE / B.Tech / B.Sc in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Freshers or up to 3 years of relevant experience

• Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and system hardware

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems

• A+ / N+ / MCSE or related certifications (optional but an advantage)
