Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues

• Network configuration (LAN/Wi-Fi)

• Printer & scanner setup/support

• MS Office 365 & email (Outlook/Gmail) configuration

• Asset management & IT inventory handling

• Windows/Linux OS support

• Remote desktop support (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk)

• Active Directory & user management

• Server & networking tools (basic knowledge)

• Desktop/laptop support for end users

• Biometric, CCTV & network device support
