Key Skills:
OS installation, System assemble/system disassemble ,
Backup/Restore Lan cable knowledge, IP address, outlook , System drivers,
Printer troubleshooting, basic knowledge of networking, patch installation,
daily backup Jobs, OSI model, Active directory basic knowledge, Ubuntu /linux
installation and configuration, Switch, Router , firewall and Mugs, schedule
backup .
· Provide in-person and remote technical support
to employees for desktop-related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for
desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating
systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
Set up new workstations and prepare hardware for
employees, ensuring all configurations are correct.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and
resolve more complex technical issues.
Monitor and maintain the health of workstations,
updating software and security patches regularly.
Assist with setting up and maintaining
conference room AV systems and other office technology.
Maintain accurate documentation for desktop
systems and troubleshooting processes.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by
providing timely resolution to issues.
