We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure & troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and software.

Resolve day-to-day IT support queries for end-users.

Manage basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP).

Maintain IT assets and escalate complex issues when required.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in IT or related field.

1 year of relevant desktop support experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
