• Installation and configuration of smart devices and AV equipment

• On-site technical support and troubleshooting

• Provide product demonstrations and customer training

• Maintain service records and ensure timely maintenance

• Troubleshooting, remote/onsite support, hardware/software issues, customer queries
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical experience

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical know-how

• Familiarity with AV/IT hardware setup and maintenance

• Ability to travel for client visits and installations

• Good communication and customer handling skills
