Job Details : Desktop Support Engineer (Field Work)

Salary Range : 13k - 17k

Qualification : Degree/ Diploma / ITI

Experience : 6 Months - 1 Year

Day shift & 6 day's working

Two wheeler must ( Fuel Allowances will be provided)

Skills Needed : OS installation and Trouble shooting

Opening the Desktop and Replacing the parts

Good Communication skills

Location : Madhavaram ,Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications

• (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).

• Assist employees with IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.

• Provide guidance on using software applications and IT equipment.

• Train users on new software and system updates.
