Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and basic software applications.
Handle network-related issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and connectivity problems.
Perform system upgrades, updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
Respond to support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.
Support new user onboarding—system setup, email configuration, access permissions, etc.
Ensure data security and follow company IT policies.
